Absolutely horrible app! It only serves as a way to make your life miserable. The reason for the 15 min to get a claim review is because it will take you that long to complete the claim form on the app. The on boarding for the app was an absolute joke. You have a lady on the phone telling you to go to the App Store , download the app and sign in. That is the on boarding process. App is not intuitive or user friendly at all.
