This app actually works remarkably well if you want to stop doomscrolling. For one, it’s so much better than iPhone’s time limit in the sense that you can’t simply just bypass the time limit by clicking “ignore time limit”. On the free version, you can select an app to block for a certain amount of time. If you want to use the app before the time limit ends, you have to actually go on the app, do a breathing exercise that will make you evaluate your choices, and then pause/delete the timer. On the free version, you can also choose one app to schedule an automatic block at a certain time of day. Other than a few unique features (like giving you cool quotes), the app’s simplicity makes it very effective. Although this app won’t completely stop you from wasting your day on more than one app (on the free version), it will REALLY save you so much time!
