I had a free double scoop for a birthday reward. When I went in store to redeem it I l clicked “redeem in store,” then an error popped up and said “uh oh you already redeemed this,” (even though I hadn’t). Then the reward went away completely and wasn’t under the “rewards” tab. Thankfully the worker said the app was glitchy and got me my free double scoop.
