此行動應用程式具有以下功能:

This mobile application is developed by Psychological Services Group, Hong Kong Police, to provide convenient self-help resources for Force members to facilitate their self-care skills and psychological well-being.

It has the following functions :

Mental Health Assessment • An assessment tool to know about your current mental health status

Psychoeducational Materials • Concise information on psychological knowledge on stress and other issues relevant to police officers

Self-healing Courses • Short courses that address specific psychological issue or improve wholistic health

Games • A pet-rearing game and other mini-games for regulating stress and calming mind

Help-seeking Resources • A list of organizations/units within and outside the Force that offer mental health services with their phone contacts

News • Update news from Psychological Services Group on its ongoing activities and new psychoeducational materials
