Reviews are overwhelmingly negative due to reliability and usability issues. The app glitches frequently, risking data loss; signature and clock-out processes are unreliable; navigation and readability are poor; history access is limited, affecting continuity of care; and authentication can be troublesome. A couple of minor positives cited are auto time selection for timed interventions and preserving in-progress work after inactivity. Frequent glitches, crashes, and general instability leading to data loss and wasted time.
Unreliable signature and clock-in/out workflows: incomplete signatures, inability to clock out without a signature, and clock-out time rounding or editing issues.
Poor UI/UX and readability: small text and buttons, hard-to-navigate layout, lack of dark mode, and confusing visuals (e.g., initial assessments turning green prematurely).
Difficulty accessing history/previous notes: inability to view past narrative/history and review prior entries, hindering continuity of care; occasional patient-name display errors during sessions.
Authentication/session problems: Face ID/login failures and repeated password resets disrupt workflow.

Recent reviews

I have a suggestion regarding the Initial Assessment. Currently, it turns green even when there are still items that have not been addressed, which makes it appear that everything is complete. We don’t find out what was missed until we try to clock out at the end of the shift. By then, we’re tired and just want to finish and go home, and having to go back and address the missing items is frustrating. Could you please change it so the assessment stays red until all required items have been completed? That way, we know right away that something is still missing and can address it before the end of the shift.

I have used Cubhub/ Statewise for over a year now. In that time, I have not encountered disruptions attributable to the tools alone that could not be worked around or remedied by methods such as updates/ IT interventions, contacting my leadership or modifying my device's settings. 99% of the time, things run smoothly and predictably. Quirks persist, such as time labels on interventions/ notes that "stick" on hours and minutes as I scroll, but nothing occurs that prevents me from doing what I set out to do. That issue in particular may have been addressed in the most recent update or it may just be an idiosyncrasy of my device . Thank you folks for doing what you do.
