After following Colin for a year on YouTube and cycling through his 1 week free program over and over I decided to commit and it has reshaped my life, I’m able to move and feel better than ever, just ran a half marathon 2 days ago and felt amazing, I started the program at 175 (I am 5ft 5in) now I’m 148 and the belly weight is becoming lean body mass. This is a versatile program that caters to all levels, if you want to take a step towards a better feeling and experiencing of life give it a shot, that’s all it took for me.

The FFT app is really great with regular weekly multiple routines and add-on workouts. There is a lot of flexibility with exercises/equipment for at home gyms. The mobility and plyometrics add a full suite of ways to stay fit/recover. And Coach Colin is a great fitness leader, thoughtful and responsive.

The FLO Functional Training programs are by far the best collection of programs I’ve applied to my fitness journey with noticeable results. The combination of resistance, plyometrics, and mobility exercises had me feeling the strongest and most athletic I’ve felt, ever. Coach Colin takes the overthinking away and I’ve also avoided over training. The exercises can be done at home (investing in the right equipment) or at the gym. I’ve been doing the FFT for two years now and don’t see myself doing anything else. Highly recommended for all levels of fitness.
