I signed up online and got no info sent to me. I downloaded the app and had no access. Boom $189 charge on a trial I couldn’t use and forgot about even signing up. No way to contact the merchant for a refund? Had to do a chargeback. What a scam.

The programs themselves seem good, but the app just does not work well. Before logging any workouts, it would just freeze when navigating through the various pages. After logging my first workout of a program, all areas of the app have become inaccessible and I can’t do anything but scroll through an empty calendar and view the single workout I have logged. There is nowhere on the website or any social media to get support. If this isn’t resolved by my workout tomorrow I’ll have to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund unfortunately. I can’t pay for a product I can’t access.
