Amigo Baby® is a program that offers in-home and clinic-based services for children. Our services include Early Intervention, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy.

The Parent Portal app is designed to provide parents of children receiving these services a convenient way to digitally access information regarding their child’s services. With this app parents can:Access notes of the services that were received

-Sign documents and consent forms from their own device -Download important documents related to their child’s services -Get contact information for the providers assigned to their child’s case -Contact our office directly through the app

We use a secure passwordless login with a code sent via text message to ensure that your data is protected and only available to you.

If you are unable to download the app for any reason, you can still access the information using our web version at www.amigoparentportal.com.
