Our school just started using this, and there’s simply no excuse for an app to be this bad in 2026. We need to use a PIN now to sign kids in and out - fine. I shouldn’t have to go hunting under random tabs to find my PIN, and I should be able to select it myself so that I can remember it. Everything is clunky and poorly designed.

In the beginning this app never failed. It was super convenient, to have in app form, rather than going to the website. Then it stopped working and hasn’t since. Maybe devote some time into fixing your app or just don’t have one.
