I have changed my password multiple times trying to get this app to work. Now getting the message “Travel entitlement of account not matching with (Travel entitlement- Adult)”. What does that mean? No way to get help. App is useless if you can’t login to your account or get help if it doesn’t work i do have the correct username and I assume password, but can’t tell since there is no way to display the password before submitting

Both the physical card and this app are essentially useless. No local or express bus seem to work! Get the exact cash and never recharge this useless go ct card.
