However, multiple reviews report recurring reliability problems: frequent updates that break the app and erase addresses or features; login and scheduling failures; poor address/facility handling (no manual entry, auto-fill errors); inconsistent partner performance (Lyft vs Uber) and drivers arriving in the wrong location; and general instability (loading errors, timeouts). The app is seen as essential by some, but reliability issues hamper its usability.

Always bugs, updates slow, no way to really report issues. 6/26/26 app would not estimate distance, confusing seeing background actions as it loops to Uber. Who are the coders? Where’s QA? Lyft app does not connect to CTC-Go, safety issue! Make time to call for rides.
