I was able to pay my first mortgage payment and connect my bank account. I wasn’t able to set up auto pay, I wasn’t able to find out information on how to make additional payments against principal, I wasn’t able to find a way to contact anyone to help.

Customer service representative previously told me I could make payments w/cc at no charge. There is No option for Credit card. I was on hold over 1-hr waiting to speak with someone
