Worst authentication app I’ve ever had a displeasure to be frustrated by do not use this app if you can help!!!!

First of all it’s ridiculous and no excuse for having a seemingly fintech looking app to make a mortgage loan payment when the official cornerstone looking app is not for that. Additionally there’s not reason why I need to be forced to click a link to open up terms and conditions to only immediately close it without reading anything just so I can check yes I agree to process my payment. There are literally no excuses or justifiable reasons for this poorly ran company that can’t get basic business practices right but instead would rather inconvenience and confuse its customers for no legitimate reasons. This is business 101. Workflows, user interface, branding, etc. and I don’t want to hear some cop out like this is what legal required or something else when it can be done correctly and effectively without making it ignorant.
