User Reviews

User reviews are largely negative due to login failures, poor UI/UX, and performance issues, though some praise translation quality and Accentia features. The dictionary content is valued, and features helpful for TOPIK and English reading, but reliability and usability problems dominate. Major fixes in authentication, interface clarity, and stability are needed to improve overall user experience.
Pros
  • Good translation quality and useful dictionary features for language learners.
  • Accentia features, including daily conversations, add value for practice.
  • Helpful for studying Korean (TOPIK prep) and for reading English materials.
  • Offers multiple learning tools in one app (dictionary, daily conversations, Accentia).
Cons
  • Sign-in and account creation issues (Apple ID, LINE, Facebook, SMS verification abroad) that prevent login.
  • Poor UI/UX design: confusing navigation, hard to tell which dictionary is active, and overall cluttered layout.
  • Frequent performance problems: crashes, freezes, slow loading, or pages not opening.
  • Translations can be inaccurate or incomplete, with some words not translating or being poorly explained.
