One of the major investments in your lifetime, is housing. The app helps you with information such as trends (going back 35 years), estimated current median price (based on our models), estimated property tax, median income and price changes (recent and past). The App collects publicly available data from government agencies, condenses, models and presents the data in via heat maps and charts (Data source within the App, lists all the sources).

The goal is to provide data via heat maps, so you can compare locations, observe trends and be more informed.
