Some users report the app works and pushes work apps smoothly with useful MDM features, but many others cite severe reliability and UX problems: endless reinstall prompts, inability to delete, constant popups, crashes and timeouts, forced home-screen icons, and OS compatibility issues. I recently purchased a new iPhone and today I tried to add Ivanti Go app onto my cellphone but when attempting to add my login credentials I received a prompt stating I needed IOS update 20.0 as I recall, the latest IOS update is 18.5 I contacted my company’s IT help desk via email about this and waiting for a response.
