2026-06-19	Su*****	The placement of the Back button underneath the live streaming banner at the bottom of the page is problematic. The “x” to close the banner does not work so you cannot get rid of the banner to access the back button. The decision to move the back button to the bottom of the screen instead of top left like most other apps was poorly considered.

2026-06-02	Br*****	I subscribe to the Epoch Times and really appreciate their news, but somehow logging in to the app caused a second charge on another card each month, in addition to my PayPal charge for the original digital subscription. I’ve wasted a lot of money before figuring this out. The app login for those who already subscribe is confusing at best, and somewhat misleading. I wish I could receive a refund… app subscription now cancelled but I doubt I’ll get any money back. Also, the stories in my emails from Epoch Times each day never open in the app, only the browser. And a pop up comes to tell me I need to subscribe.
