When there are so many sources for “free” news coverage, why do I pay for NTTimes? Well, I only retain my subscription when they reset the price to the On Sale fee. Then, I justify the cost as providing a valuable viewpoint.

This app is a nice and clean way to view the NYTimes. I use it to read articles and listen to podcasts. Ever since they brought the podcasts into this main app, features like downloading for offline use seem to have disappeared, which is really my only complaint.

In our age of “fake news ,“ the NY Times can always cut through the bluff and bluster and misinformation with what is actually happening. Frequently updates on important happenings locally, nationally and around the world. If you need only left or right go elsewhere. Always clear presentation and differentiation of information and opinion.
