SPK-SugarBeeSPK-SugarBeet is an application designed to assist sugar technologists in optimizing the operational parameters of the beet sugar extraction process. It includes:

• For the diffusion stage: the calculation of diffusion losses, microbiological losses, and draft.
• For the purification stage: the calculation of lime requirements, juice purification efficiency, and purification losses.
• For the evaporation stage: the calculation of water evaporation, thick juice yield, and color formation during evaporation.
