The app feels like such a wasted opportunity; it doesn’t offer anything related to the full sessions you can get with practitioners, because it all feels like shorter random sessions. 9D as a practice is amazing, but I’m not sure what this app is trying to do, and they’ll literally never stop emailing you so if you value privacy then look elsewhere

This is one of those things that you will find if difficult to put into words so I’ll keep it short. Try it, show up everyday, do the work and you will not regret it! Let go of years of tension and baggage, sometimes in one session!
