I have done a lot of somatic work and healing of my nervous system over the years. This breath work has allowed me to tap into additional layers of that healing and continue healing and releasing. It’s incredibly powerful and very well done from the vocal tones to the binaural stimulation. With so much somatic release and stimulation happening during the active breath work portion it would be even more effective and beneficial if the integration portion (after the active break work) was longer to allow for deeper integration and more support during the “come down”.
