After a week of trying to get this to work, I have canceled my subscription. Customer support suggested “resetting” the tracker, and that worked the first time I did it, but not since. I open the app when I’m ready to take the dog out, and after ten minutes of it not working, I swear a lot and give up. After a week of this, I’m done.

I updated the app on my phone afterwards I couldn’t log into my account. It kept telling me my credentials were incorrect. I can log into the website but not on my phone rendering the GPS in the field useless.
