I love being a College Green accountholder with Herring Bank! Their mobile app is top notch, but as of this morning, I can’t log into the app using my Access ID and Passcode, when I can log into the website just fine. My app is up-to-date, and when I open the Herring Bank app, it shows that the version of the app that I have installed isn’t supported anymore; yet, when I open the Herring Bank app in the App Store, it shows my app as up-to-date. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with no success. I’m on an iPhone 16e running the latest stable version of iOS, iOS 26.0.1, and my iPhone isn’t jailbroken.

Never fails on the weekend (especially holiday weekends) that all of a sudden my debit card just doesn’t work. When I called customer service, the system is either down or the customer service person tells me they don’t access to the area needed to fix my issue… So what kind of customer service is that…. Except NONE!!! I travel quite often and have had issues with purchasing gas… Kinda pisses You off when you have money in an account that you can’t access!!!! I have several accounts and loans but once loans are paid all accounts will be closed…
