Lutastic+ is a digital therapy for men with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). The app guides you step by step through a structured 12-week program, divided into six modules developed in line with urological guidelines.

With one year of access included, you can continue to use Lutastic+ for long-term support beyond the initial program.

Lutastic+ works together with the Diary Pod, a connected medical device that makes it easy to track your bladder diary and complete bladder training challenges. Once you open the app, a short onboarding process helps you get started right away.

Usage Lutastic+ can only be used with a valid prescription by a medical doctor.
