HealthyFit has five daily fasting plans i.e. 14-10, 16-8, 18-6, 20-4 and OMAD. 14-10 is the easiest and the OMAD is the hardest fasting plan. 16-8 is for the most of the people irrespective of the health profile. If you are a beginner we recommend to start with 14-10 and move on next challenge after minimum of 2 weeks. Once you reach the 16-8 fasting plan you will start noticing a significant improvement in your health fitness and wellness. In your eating window you can eat what you love to eat.
