Whether you’re a beginner or want to reignite your connection to the cold, our signature programme will guide you from 10°c all the way down to 3°c, safely and effectively. You’ll learn exactly what’s happening in your body in each immersive plunge. This programme will respond to your pace, and once you reach your new baseline of two minutes at 3°c, you’re ready to explore our further programmes with confidence. We've seen users go from 20 seconds in a bath to 6+ minutes in a week.
