Login and account access problems (unable to login or recover password in some cases).
Difficulty removing vehicles or canceling/modifying bookings (can't delete old vehicles; ongoing charges or reservations after they’re no longer in use).

Super convenient! Way better than having to pay cash or use a card at each place. You can extend your parking or even end it early. Plus, it keeps track of where you parked, if you’re in a big, confusing city. Great app! Great company!
