Widespread unauthorized or fraudulent charges tied to rentals; charges can occur weeks or months later and are hard to stop.
Billing and payment data management is weak (difficulty deleting/removing payment data, issues adding new payment methods, 0€ verification attempts).
Poor customer support and slow responses (multi-day to weeks to hear back; bot/missed replies).
Login and account access problems (unable to login or recover password in some cases).
Difficulty removing vehicles or canceling/modifying bookings (can't delete old vehicles; ongoing charges or reservations after they’re no longer in use).

Recent reviews

This was basically tagged as the only way to park in San Sebastián garages. After jumping through many hoops, and getting zero help from parking workers, the only option was to book by the day. Then the price per day was suddenly twice what it quoted. Without another spot, I paid it. BUT, of course it didn’t work at all. Now I’m out like $50 for a day of parking and still had to pay for a half day to get out of the garage. Completed rip off.
