It is genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever used. A parking app should make parking quick and simple, but this one somehow turns the most basic task into a frustrating, confusing ordeal. The user experience is an absolute disaster. Nothing feels intuitive, every step is unnecessarily complicated, and the app feels completely unreliable when you need it most. Instead of helping you park, it makes you waste time fighting with the app and wondering whether your payment or parking session actually worked. It is almost impressive how badly designed and unpleasant the entire experience is. For an app handling something as time-sensitive as parking and payments, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. If you have any alternative at all, avoid this app.

This app has a frustrating and poorly designed parking workflow. When you tap “Park,” it tries to detect your location automatically. If it gets the location wrong, the app still forces you to enter a parking space before letting you correct the location. Of course, the space number is going to be invalid because the app is using the wrong parking area. Then it displays a modal telling you the space is wrong, even though the real issue is that the app selected the wrong location. After repeating this loop two or three times, it finally lets you change to the correct location. Users should be able to confirm or change the location first, then enter the space number. This feels like a basic UI/UX flow that should have been caught before release.
