I got a new phone and was unable to log into my account through the app. I tried to send a password reset to my email several times and it never went through. Tried reaching out to customer service and no one got back to me over the course of the entire day so now my only option is to buy another ticket after paying $78 for a monthly pass. The rollout of this new system has been incredibly inconvenient and poorly implemented and the response from everyone I have talked to at metro has been very friendly but no one seems to have any idea how to help with anything.

No bus times, no bus route navigation. I downloaded now but I will keep using the transit app until this either gets these features or transit no longer works.
