Our new and improved Kids App is a powerful communication tool that enables young people to have more say in their care delivery.

Through the Kids App, young people can see their upcoming appointments, as well as who will be accompanying them. The rota functionality lets them easily see which staff will be available and when, providing a greater sense of predictability and structure which makes them feel more secure.

By providing a platform for all of this and more, the Kids App gives young people more input when it comes to their care, and more control over their own destiny.

When a young resident engages within the Kids App, this is flagged for attention on the staff’s summary screen, ensuring nothing is missed.

Every comment, question and opinion is tracked, and data is securely stored within the Clearcare system. By recording this information digitally it can help you when evidencing outcomes, as you can clearly demonstrate children’s involvement and feedback throughout their care journey.
