First of all, occasionally the app asks to reconfirm my identity via a one time code sent to my phone. However, never once have I been able to successfully receive such a code, so I have to resort to resetting my password to get back in. However, the process is hit or miss and so ends up eating up quite a bit of my time. This aside, even when I can login successfully, the updates from staff (messages), don’t update smoothly. All this to say please give this app a professional overhaul!
