I created The Parent Doctor app to help as many parents as possible. I'm Dr. Marissa Caudill, a mom and child psychiatrist. I've seen how depression and anxiety are affecting American families. I want to help by giving parents the tools to make a difference. Parents are key to solving this problem. It's not just about medicine or therapy. We need to live lives that inspire our kids—filled with purpose, meaning, and love. We must show them how to handle challenges and learn from mistakes, so they can live well too. The key is to listen to yourself and connect with who you really are at your core.
