KCATA Freedom offers two types of services, ADA paratransit and non-ADA demand response in the Kansas City region. The ADA paratransit service is operated within ¾-mile of local bus routes and requires booking atleast 24 hours in advance. The non-ADA demand response service has a larger service area and provides same day service getting you where you need to go, when you need to get there. Despite the screenshots on this App Store listing showing that there’s a Register button in the app, said button does not actually exist. When I try calling them to ask how to create an account, I get told there’s a way to do it in the app, and am given no further instructions. The website is the same way. What’s the point of this app if we can’t even use it?
