I have had an Acorns account for many years. Now that my oldest child is 6, I was looking forward to using Acorns Early for financial responsibility and a card for outings. I cannot log into the app. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing works. It gives me error messages at every turn. My child's account is verified in the Acorns app. I go into Acorns Early and use my login credentials, and I get an error message. I then try to reset my password and never get an email. At this point, I don't know what else to do.
