Recent reviews

The app is not mi e friendly to select seats, specially when flying with a family. The app keeps making you go to the website and it keeps asking for OTP verification for every thing you do. Make the app mobile friendly and allow passengers to do everything on your app and just get only one OTP to be done so you don’t make us verify every step.

This app does not have the function for biometric login and each time have to put in your membership number and password this is a hassle and needs to be improved the experience is not friendly.

They changed my flight and mixed it all up and offered no help to resolve the issue and now I will have to pay over 5000 American dollars to get home although I booked my flight over a year ago and paid 2700 this is a horrible way to treat your passengers I’m so upset and so through with this airline horrible and everyday I will post until they fix the way they handle situation they have caused
