Designed for our customers, Guaranty Trust Bank (UK) Limited is pleased to offer the GTBank UK eToken, a mobile authenticator app to help you access your personal and business banking channels anytime and anywhere. The app is free of charge and is an optional service available to all our customers, new and existing.

What You Can Do?

• Generate token codes to authenticate yourself on your Personal Internet Banking and Business Internet Banking channels.

Who Can Use the GTBank UK eToken App?

• You must be an account holder with GTBank UK.
• You must have a profile on our Personal Internet Banking or Business Internet Banking platform to sign up for the app.

How to Sign Up Once you have successfully downloaded the app, follow these steps:

Select the Profile

• Choose the profile you have set up with the bank (Personal or Business).

Sign-Up Function

• Tap the sign-up option available on the login page and provide your Login ID (Personal Internet Banking ID) or User ID (Business Internet Banking ID).

Provide Required Details

• Enter the necessary personal details and the OTP code sent to you.

Set Up Your PIN

• Once validated, create a 6-digit PIN that you will use to log in to the eToken app. You will also receive a confirmation email upon successful sign-up.

Login and Biometric Setup

• After being redirected to the login page, input your User ID and the PIN you just created to access the app.

-You will be prompted to set up biometric authentication for easier access. Note: If you enable biometric authentication, all biometric profiles registered on your device will be able to access the app. Ensure that only your biometric data is registered on your device.

Start Generating eTokens -You have successfully completed the sign-up process and can now generate your first eToken.

Subsequent Logins

• For future logins, you can access the app using either your PIN or biometric authentication on the PIN pad displayed.
