Apparently I had been using the old app which was awful. This one works well enough on mobile for most things.

What a useless app, try to find a ticket. Why would you sort the tickets by oldest first and not give people an option to sort ? I don’t need to see tickets from 2022 at the top and scroll for days trying to find the new ticket
