This app will teach you how to meet your needs as a human being in order to thrive and heal. We break each need of ours down into simple and easy to understand categories. For example; Air, Water, Food, Sleep, Sun, Movement, Detoxification, Love, Shelter, Safety, Etc. We teach you how to not only meet your needs in each category but how to optimize each need to thrive. The sad thing is most people are not meeting all of their basic human needs for survival, let alone to thrive and heal. Our needs are nonnegotiable. We will be offering live weekly coaching/training calls with time for Q & A, once a week. We will also offer 1:1 coaching messages, a community of like minded individuals to keep each other accountable, answer each others questions and stay connected. We also offer progress tracking, countless educational videos and ebooks and so much more! We can heal, it is our birthright to have health and abundance, we just need to know how to call it in. Health and healing can be so simple, but we just love to complicate things, so join us to simplify health and healing so we can meet our needs and thrive! You deserve it!

The download of Needs Met is free of charge. No free trial offered. Should you use Needs Met app to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account . A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
