I worked with Jayne personally in her 1 on 1 program and have continued to use this wonderful app daily over the past year since to help cope with my IBS symptoms as well as additional physical and mental health struggles. She puts so much effort and care into the quality of these sessions and the organization of the material that it truly feels as if she is still a steady therapeutic presence in my life. For me personally, these sessions alone have not provided a “cure”, but they are an excellent tool to regularly pause, breathe, and reflect inward to bring stability and safety back into focus. Definitely worth it!

I have an upper GI issue - visceral hypersensitivity, not reflux - causing symptoms at bedtime that has made a mess of my overnight sleeping. Quality of life & ability to function plummets when you’re not sleeping well long term. The Calm Gut app has gently guided me to understand my mindset better, and not beat myself up over it. Result: not only sleeping better, but can handle daytime stress better. Big help!
