Train like a fighter: counter real attacks from a life-size opponent, right in your living room.

Elevate your fight training with Counter Punch! Practice countering eight distinct punches. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned boxer, our virtual opponent will challenge and improve your skills.

In Moving Target mode, there is a floating target that moves randomly a maximum of about 1 foot from center. With "Time Pressure" turned on, walls of sparks will move towards and only be held back by the rate at which you strike the target.

In Opponent Bag mode, your opponent will not strike, but will be animated in stance, and can be struck at anytime.

In Head Movement mode, fists are flying around you at an increasingly fast rate and you must avoid them.

You can control (next, back, play, pause) the Apple Music app from within the immersive space, so you can continue to focus on your practice while listening to your favorite music.

Apple Health & Activity Rings Every training session is automatically saved to Apple Health as a boxing workout, counting toward your Exercise and Move rings. Counter Punch estimates calories burned using your weight from Health and shows them live while you train.
