Instructions don’t map to flow of words in ur book. Must return. No success. Am returning entire package w/no ‘sleep study’ able to be done. Terrible experience w/RACHEL & bad instruction book. I have an Apple PC/Rachel told me I had an Android-she is incorrect & not trained. Unable to do this sleep study. Will advise my physician.

If you are considering Pivotal/ReactDx for your sleep study ask your provider to choose a different company. This app is extremely buggy and unreliable to the point it isn’t usable. The after hours support line for those doing a study is a joke, and you will be on hold all night. Unfortunately this just doesn’t seem like a serious company, and your health deserves better than an app they can’t be bothered to update and ensure works.
