Use the machine for work and need it at 70% and it’s stuck at 60% I’m just aggravated with it at this point if I don’t get 70% I can’t drive

This app doesn’t send an email when I put forgot password. It used to work.

This app needs a major fix. As others describe, it will freeze and crash on a blank screen with the ResAssist logo and the only fix is to uninstall and re-install it. This is a pretty big issue and it needs to be addressed by the developer.
