I am not able to see my account and deleted app and reinstalled. Still not able to log in. What’s the deal?

The APY is amazing, but that doesn’t matter if the app doesn’t work. Super glitchy, and currently can’t login at all. On top of that, processing time is nowhere near the 24 hour window or for that matter even the 72 hour window

Deposits take over a week instead of the promised 24-72 hours. I have tried contacting support multiple times but never received a response. Edit 1: my money has still not deposited in my account. I have sent them an email and I’m waiting for a response from them either in app or via email.
