This app is going to be the downfall of mitigation. I’ve never spent so much time trying to figure out how to use an app even after watching dummy proof videos to help.

They’ve had more time and money than anyone else in the industry to make this a 5 star user experience. We use this professionally on a daily basis and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The amount of time this now takes is unacceptable even without the crashing that doubles if not triples the amount of time this app wastes from your day. At first I was optimistic because it was new but it’s not new anymore and has not improved. Would love to know the entire back story to find out how such a terrible app and company ended up in the middle of everyone’s business operations. It’s truly been a disappointing and mind blowing/frustrating experience for everyone involved. Years and years and I have nothing good to say at this point other than do not use.
