This app has promise but the developers have failed on making this app user friendly. Why does this app put copies of the photos you have uploaded into your device’s library? The photo tag section requires that tags are longer than 3 letters. So you cannot use the acronym PPE (personal protection equipment)

Next gear / core logic / whatever name they’re hiding behind is the worst data collection company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using their products. How they wormed their way so deep into insurance and mitigation companies pockets baffles me. They have been the bane of my sanity and time since they were sold to me as the most perfect software ever developed with zero faults. Mitigate is the worst option for documentation. It’s slow, buggy, hard to read, hard to put information, hard to see mistakes, can’t handle large jobs, not user friendly, adjuster can’t read it, every “fix” they put in adds bugs and breaks useful features. 0/5 stars do not use.
