Why can I not log in with my username and password? Why am I required to make a 4 digit numerical code? What is the point of having a username and password if I can’t use it? I just want to log in to my bank account with my username and password.

. It’s the 2nd quarter of the 21stC, most banking is done online, and you rolled out an “update” that took away mobile check deposit. That’s just dumb. And don’t even ask me about the UI design… I’ve been a loyal WSECU member for almost 20 years, but this new app might push me take my banking elsewhere
