Within the app you can manage accounts (view balances and transaction details), lock your debit cards, schedule and manage BillPay, transfer funds between SECU accounts or to loans/credit cards, and use Mobile Check Deposit. This update is the worse. If it ain't broke don't fix it. It never loads and is stuck on the words even after resetting my phone and updating the app again. 30 minutes plus of me clicking the app again and again before it lets me see my information.

Ever since you changed the app, nothing updates as fast as it did on the old app and the old system. Everything used to be instantaneous when it came to deducting payments from your account. Now it takes hours and sometimes days. I don’t know what you guys did, but you need to turn it around and fix it the system is also more difficult to navigate . Several people that I know have all complained.
