After extensive research, I bought this premium tens unit. Unfortunately, it only works some of the time. The wireless concept sounds interesting, but in my opinion, adds complexity since sometimes the units don’t pair properly and the device does not turn on. Pads proprietary, expensive and wear out quickly. As others mention, the app does not add any actual diagnostic value and is nothing more than an app based version of the instruction manual. it provides no customization whatsoever.

Very limited pad placement details. Could be better with expanded placements and other information.

Like other reviews mentioned, this only displays the website in mobile view. It doesn’t even show how to use or place all the pad types, just limited info for the trigger point pads. I do like that there is some reference about where one is experiencing pain and where to place the trigger point pads to hopefully alleviate the pain with their use. Should have more info about how to use and place pads.
