This app is so finicky....It works some days and others when I sign in and confirm it won't load.

The PowerDot worked well, when it worked. But if you don’t use it regularly the App forgets your name/password, can’t login, claims the account name doesn’t exist, and fails to create a new account with the informative diagnostic message “something went wrong”. This is not the first time, this is the 4th time it’s happened. Each time took hours with tech support to just re-enable my red “bricks”. My advice is buy something else, something that doesn’t need an active internet connection and invasive marketing-data-collection account just to turn it on.
