User Reviews

User reviews largely clash: many report the app is unstable and hard to use due to heavy login friction (frequent 2FA, daily sign-ins, and not remembering devices) and an ongoing cycle of authentication steps. The app often redirects to the mobile website, limiting in-app functionality. UX is described as confusing and not intuitive, with navigation and screen issues on various devices. Content gaps include weak local gym search and limited class options. A minority praise the workouts for quality or variety and note the price can be cheaper than some alternatives. Overall, significant friction outweighs any positive aspects.
Pros
  • Some reviewers praise the workout content as amazing and varied.
  • A few reviewers note the app offers a large selection of workouts.
  • One reviewer mentions the price is cheaper than alternatives (e.g., ClassPass).
Cons
  • Frequent login/authentication problems: daily 2FA, never remembering the device.
  • The app largely redirects to the mobile website for login and activity, making the app feel like a portal rather than a full app.
  • Poor UX/UI and reliability: confusing navigation, not full-screen on some devices, no keyboard support, loading issues.
  • Limited local gym and class discovery: no effective local gym search, missing local class options like Pilates; content gaps.
  • Other friction points like difficulty canceling or managing membership within the app.
Recent reviews
Was a good selection of gyms but the very very basic plans. Chuze gyms just told me I could only use the original location I signed up with. That must have just changed in the last few days. I would imagine more May do the same! It was nice to go to a gym closer to my job, my school or when in a different town, but now it is getting limited! :(

I can’t book anything
by Ro*****, 2026-05-09

Can’t tell because I can’t use it. I have tried several times and every single time it tells me I’m taking too long and times me out. There’s no point in calling any of the phone numbers because the only option they offer you is to give you your membership number which I already have.
