2026-03-02	Sa*****	Worst customer care, they deliberately give faulty products when you use discount codes, so you would eventually have to return the product. I order 6 times, 2 times I didn’t add any promo codes and product was as shown, but rest of the 4 times I added discount codes and they gave me products with certain malfunction products. And their customer service says they can’t do anything, and you can go and complain about it legally.

2025-11-19	Mh*****	اشتريت منهم ايفون ١٥ برو ماكس بحالة ( ممتاز ) وعند الاستلام ومراجعة الجوال وجدت منفذ الشريحة لا يعمل المهم تم ارجاع المبلغ المدفوع كاملا لكن الفكرة انك تراجع ٧٢ نقطة لم يكن من ضمنها منفذ الشريحة ؟ شي غير منطقي نرجو منكم مراجعة الاجهزة كما يجب فأنتم الآن تقدمون خدمة نادرة والافضل ان تكسبوا العملاء قبل دخول متجر آخر بذات الخدمة للسوق

2025-04-07	Na*****	I bought an iPhone on 29 march 2025 its look good but I can see and feel it’s repaired,there is a problem sometimes its stuck need to force restart and also while doing back it is not working properly, I was planning to buy an MacBook but now I dropped to buy it from Revibe, I cannot listen properly in iPhone while doing call,there are a lot of problems also so I gave 1 star, I don’t know how they pass the quality may be they want to lose the customers, I want to change the product but I don’t want to add extra money on this product

2024-10-10	al*****	اشتريت في تاريخ 23/9/2024 ورجعته ثاني يوم مع شركة التوصيل الجهاز كما هو جديد الخطا كان من عندهم والان تاريخ 11/0/2024 ولم يتم اعادة المبلغ للاسف وتم الدفع عن طريق تابي للاسف تابي ما عنده اي حل حتى والله المستعان والعوض عنده
