The app interface feels developed by the last generation UI designer and lacks the modern app feeling. The font size is tiny and cannot be adjusted. Also not sure why they put a shopping mall in the prominent position of the main UI. The app feels like another Chinese e-commerce app like Taobao instead of a cool tech focused IoT app.

If you like, trying to get your device to connect to the Internet 16 different times with it never working and the app crashing constantly and restarting over and over and over and over again you found the right app!
