Recent reviews

I bought the Dreame J1 pool cleaner hoping for a seamless experience with the app, but both the device and the customer support have been extremely disappointing. The app continuously triggers error codes for propeller/thruster malfunctions. After sending the unit back for repair multiple times, the exact same errors keep popping up in the app as soon as the robot is placed back in the water. Customer support refuses to issue a refund because it passed the 30-day window, offering only repeated repair cycles or refurbished replacements for a brand-new device that never worked reliably. The app is useless when the hardware fails this consistently. I do not recommend the J1 or this ecosystem.

App opens but when you click on your machine it just shuts down the app. When the app is working this is the best setup on the market, but can you please fix the app?
